People often ask –– “Isn’t it supposed to be In Broad Daylight?” Sure. In conventional terms, that’s the complete phrase. However, the American slang / shortening gave us the idea to name ourselves on one key principle. [In Broad Day]’s goal is to function AS the perspective of light itself in a cultural sense. It’s not In Broad Daylight magazine because WE (the magazine) quite literally stand in the place of light!
So in short, it’s just fancy word play.
